I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were superb clean, with a modern design that I found beautiful. However, it was a bit tricky to figure out how to enter the passcode for only 4 people in the room. The service was excellent, with a very nice and friendly staff who offered us free coffee upon arrival and took the time to explain everything in detail. The location was convenient for group travelers, being quite near to a morning market where we could easily get local food, within walking distance to malls and food streets. The hotel is just opposite the First Avenue shopping mall, making it easy to access museums and famous food centers. Unfortunately, the minimal crockery and cutlery were a downside. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the hamburgers offered to residents before heading out. Facilities were good overall, but the lack of some crockery and cutlery hold it back a bit.

The staff was friendly, explaining everything we needed and even organizing a Grab taxi for us to the ferry terminal.
